After meeting with a member of our team, the homeowner decided to go “all-out” with her exterior remodel.

For siding, she chose Evening Blue James Hardie siding with Cobblestone trim. Because it is exceptionally durable, James Hardie siding is an ideal choice for Kansas City’s variable climate. James Hardie fiber cement siding is also pest-resistant, and its non-combustible makeup means it is not susceptible to fire damage.

The client also chose to replace her existing windows with low-maintenance and energy-saving ProVia windows. In addition to being affordable, ProVia windows are customizable so homeowners can create a look that complements their home’s style. Finishing touches included a cedar porch ceiling, custom gable pediments, and new red cedar pillars at the front door to replace the rotted ones.
